Core ResponsibilitiesKey Risk Indicators (KRIs)•Review of processes, frameworks, SOPs and regulatory guidelines for the development/identification of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) on a bank-wide basis.•Prepare report on key risk indicators covering emerging risks, overall trends, top Risks and regulatory breached KRIs.•Coordinate on a bank-wide basis to collect action plans for red category KRIs (Breaching acceptable level/threshold).•Enrich KRI quality, reporting and review of breaches to fix the root cause.•Develop and review of KRIs thresholds based on their severity and regulatory instructions.•Biennially review of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) on bank-wide basis w.r.t (addition, deletion and any material change).Loss Data Management (LDM)•Collect, analyze and report operational losses in Operational Risk Management reports highlighting insights, patterns for senior management review and corrective actions.•Analyze frauds investigation reports with respect to cause, event and consequences.•Evaluate control violations and provide recommendations for improvement.•Ensure all operational loss incidents are reported through data collection system (Risk Nucleus System).Risk Control & Self-Assessment (RCSA)•Perform on site RCSA validation at branches and back offices to ensure that self-assessment testing is being done in true letter and spirit.Other Assignments•Assist the Unit/Division Head ORM for review of framework, policies and process manual etc.•Prepare regular operational risk review reports and dashboards for senior management review, providing clear insights into risk exposures and control effectiveness.•Liaise with Operational Risk coordinators on bank-wide basis for timely reporting of Operational Risk data.•Provide support for (Risk Nucleus) data collection system on a bank wide basis.•Any other assignments given by the seniors (Unit/Division Head Operational Risk)
