Amir started out in the TV/Film industry as a video editor cutting his teeth on daytime dramas & documentaries. There he gained a strong foundation in post-production with an emphasis in technical skills. He then focused his efforts on digital content by laying the framework & jumpstarting Lowyat.TV as well as other video channels on the network. Seeking to challenge himself further, he then co-founded Point Form Digital where he oversaw video production. This was then followed by a post-production house aptly named, "The Facility" where he took on more business management roles to better understand 360° solutions in this fast moving world. After 7 years of being fiercely independent, Amir made the jump to the corporate side of things by joining AirAsia and helped kickstart one of their line-of-businesses, IKHLAS.com. Shortly after that, he joined Cheil Malaysia and has utilised over 14 years of media experience to better service their main client, Samsung Malaysia. In his free time, he enjoys live streaming, hiking remote areas of the world and learning random facts of information that feeds his curiosity.
