• Upgrading infrastructure with necessary top of the line equipment – Cisco, Dell and HP based, to promise faster and stable performance, in line with growth expectations and business changes.
• Implementation of virtual environment and migration of over 60% of the company services to VM; Providing high availability capabilities for production systems, better utilization of resources and cost-effective usage.
• Transition to SAN environment, as part of the VM migration process.
• Improvement of backup processes and procedures; providing faster and better restore points and quicker response for restoration requests.
• Implementing ITIL based best practices - Change management, Service Level Management for Internal I.T. service.
