Tier 2 Support Engineer
Current• Support the company's products on customers systems remotely.• Assist field sales persons and partners with products related problems.• Assist with the installation, configuration and upgrade of the products.• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to the customer's environment - Active directory, file servers (Windows / Linux), Exchange, SharePoint, storage systems, etc.• Escalate to and work with the development team when required until the issue is resolved .
