Tier 2 Support Engineer
Current- Support the company's products on customers systems remotely.
- Assist field sales persons and partners with products related problems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration and upgrade of the products.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to the customer's environment - Active directory, file servers (Windows / Linux), Exchange, SharePoint, storage systems, etc.
- Escalate to and work with the development team when required until the issue is resolved.
