Current• Review and draft client handbooks and policies, ensuring compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act.• Manage the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for client companies.• Draft memos and HR related letters.• Advise and assist clients on HR compliance matters.• Handling clients' statutory registrations (EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, LHDN).• Handling full payroll process for clients.• Process monthly report; payroll update, claims, etc.• Managing activities for employees.
