Under LEAN Department of Ansell, assigned to assist Engineering Department in implying LEAN system management into Engineering’s workspace.• Reanalyse and enhance the Standard Work (Beading) and optimizing workspace with guide of LEAN System Management for Engineering Department.• Supporting Maintenance Technician Team with plant & machinery maintenance.• Supporting Facilities Technician Team• Hands-On heavy machinery (Welding, Mobile Crane)
