For my bachelor degree, i achieve first class for my cumulative grade point average. While im being a student, i also have been experience to manage program as a director. The program called "celik kewangan" and Lawatan Payasum. I also have active in subject club as a sport exco. For achievement while parctical at KWSP before, I managed to ensure the 263 KWSP members to receive their cheques on the same day. The challenges is i need to set a date for every single KWSP member accurate with their available time with a limited slot because of pandemic Covid-19. I was an intern in KWSP Shah Alam for 3 months. i- Sinar program was launched prior to my 3 months intership. One of my main roles was how to monitor KWSP members in finance advice and withdrawal of money. Other than that, I was assigned to teach the KWSP members about I-Akaun creation, generating KWSP statements, and how to update their personal information. Besides that, I have experience in making appointments for every KWSP member for cheque collections based on their availability. For achievement, I managed to ensure the 263 KWSP members to receive their cheques on the same day.While working at KTIC i have been experienced as customer service. One of my speciability is im really good in tolerate and communicate with my customer for every situation.For me key to make customer to calm is depends on how i managed my tone to communicate every customer.I also good in working in a team and fast learner for every skillls have been taught to me. Other than that, i have been experienced in Making escalation calls for the customers to assist them in finding the right person in charge and i have excellent communication and administrative skills
