I began my career as an OSH practitioner in 2014 and have been passionate about the field ever since. I have over three years of experience developing and implementing OSH systems for a startup food manufacturing plant, with a focus on creating OSH training materials and delivering training to employees, contractors, and visitors. Additionally, I led the development of plant security protocols. At Kellogg's, I was honored to receive the Kellogg Asia Pacific Snack MD Award for Enstek Crisis Management in 2016.In late 2018, due to unavoidable circumstances, I took a break from OSH and transitioned into the early childhood education industry. As the head of compliance, maintenance, and project units, I successfully managed the operations of over 70 education centers across Malaysia, resolving 75% of the organization’s longstanding issues within just six months.In early 2020, I returned to the OSH field as a SHE Executive in the quicklime manufacturing industry. By September 2020, I had become a registered, competent Safety and Health Officer with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).In 2022, I joined the tin smelting industry, gaining hands-on experience in establishing ISO 45001:2018 systems. In 2023, I renewed my Safety and Health Officer competency and became a lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. That same year, I achieved one of my career goals by becoming a certified trainer.
