To lead new projects such as opening of new education centers and management center for both HQ center and franchise center and also any extension project for existing center. 5. Responsible in creating SOP for the safety and security of all centers and monitoring the compliance for all centers including franchise education centers.Achievements1. Able to resolved 75% of maintenance issues that have been pending for 4 years within 3 months. 2. Managed to reduced the respond time in resolving maintenance request from 1 month to 2 weeks.3. Able to reduced monthly spending for maintenance by 30%. This was able to be achieved by proper planning and reshuffling the maintenance work procedures.4. Completed 3 major projects of opening education centers within 3 months.5. Able to start the process of creating emergency respond and evacuation plan for each HQ education and management center.

Saved approximately RM 50 000 year to date comparing to the same period on 2016 byreducing the waste created in forklift accidentally damaging products. This was achieved bydeveloping a comprehensive training program for forklift drivers ensuring top competency atall time.7. Improved and increase participation of employees in reporting near misses, unsafe actions,unsafe condition, and incident reporting by leading continuous safety, health and securityawareness programs.
