Current1. Recruitment and Onboarding:- Involvement in PROTÉGÉ recruitment, including advertising vacancies and conducting interviews.- Arranging Letter of Appointment (LOA) and providing office equipment for new employees.- Supervise the probationary period for new Protégé hires and maintain communication with department heads regarding the confirmation process.- Updating staff personal data in the system.- Supervising incoming and outgoing letters.- Assisting in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.2. Attendance and Payroll:- Monitoring employee and Sub-con attendance for multiple office locations (KL Branch, PPUM/ JETI/ PENGERANG Site Office).- Handling payroll for MMN Engineering staff.- Ensuring record-keeping is updated.3. Policy Implementation and Compliance:- Implementing office standards, policies, and procedures.- Handling SOCSO claims for staff.- Ensuring staff compliance with company policies.- Monitoring new Protégé hires' confirmation period and liaising with department heads.- Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and regulations.- Establish communication with governmental agencies in matters related to HR.- Being a spokesperson for HR-related matters.4. Administrative Support:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters.- In charge of staff travel arrangements.- Maintaining and monitoring office supply.- Setting up a Google Drive platform for project e-filing.- Providing support and management services to various divisions when needed.- Additional duties related to office and administrative tasks.
