Responsibilities :* Commissioning Boiler CPP and Steam Turbine* Start up and shut down package boiler capacity : 15 TPH and boiler CPP cap.22 TPH, Pressure 65 bar, Temperature 460 C* Start up and shut down Extraction condensing turbine Capacity : 1x 2,5 MW* Make utility consumption reports * Make document control and SOP document * Operational the unit R/O (Reverse Osmosis plant) with Capacity : 40 TPH and Capacity 20 TPH* Operate the unit demin plant (Cation and Anion Exchanger, Mixed Bed) Operate the unit soften water plant* Operate the Air Compressor and Air Dryer* Operate the DG Set 1250 KVA and Portable Genset 20 KVA* Responsible for the operation of Utility‘s equipments in shift at the most efficiency and safety to ensure continuous supply of steam, electricity, compressed air, cooling water and water required by the process plants. * Familiar for maintenance and preventive manufacturing all machine: Oleo chemical Plant,Power Plant and Utility Plant,* comisioning splitting, boiler high pressure, boiler pks, and turbine 2.5 M* Familiar for operational Boiler high pressure(boiler PKS), Boiler medium pressure, and Turbine,* Preparing schedule and material for shutdown.
