And implementing Group Policies through GPMC.• Providing online telephonic technical support to users.• Generate Plans & strategies for these teams• Provide continuous support & guide to these teams.• Send the Monthly and Weekly report.• Sending the technical report and work orders to the customer• Multipair wiring and termination • Assisting in the design & implementation of the network troubleshooting.• Installation and termination of CAT 5and CAT 6 cables for RJ45 and RJ 11 connectors. • MDF cable termination and jumpering for analog telephony• Installation and configuration O/S and Application• Knowledge of network topology and cables• Knowledge Virtual Infrastructure• Knowledge of Data Cloud Computing• prepare procurement plan and the bidding documents for the acquisition of IT procurements in liaison with the end user.• Evaluate tenders for IT systems based on technical performance and economic/commercial merit criteria. Plan and carry out contract management and supervision functions.
