I commission fiction as well as nonfiction titles, with special interest in politics, current affairs, and narrative writing, for the Indian arm of the world's second-largest trade books publisher. I am also responsible for market development and product management, with special focus on developing the local list digitally and in the existing traditional books market. I am responsible for selecting titles that will be marketed as leads and super-leads by our sales department, and also deal with online retail in new digital marketplaces.
