CurrentPrimary responsibilities include managing and coordinating product complaints and deviations within the MasterControl/eQMS system. Handling the entire process of complaint management for both STADA and Opella Healthcare France SAS, ensuring that all relevant complaints are processed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.In addition to complaint handling, I assist in the QA release of imported and non-imported products that are released within the EU, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. My role also involves performing various ad-hoc tasks within the registration department, contributing to the smooth operation and compliance of the company's quality assurance processes.
