As a Social Media Specialist I ensure proper messaging is relayed to our loyal consumers. Working daily with Client Program Managers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all Facebook, Twitter, and other digital platforms are handled in Sprinklr.

As a Client Program Manager I work to ensure that my team is aware of all new Products, Package, and Ingredients. I work closely by developing relationships with Public Affairs and the Brand teams as a liason with my department. I also work closely with exisiting clients and stakeholders to ensure we are following all FDA rules.

I also assisted and worked with Ingredients and Product & Package Client Program Managers with updates to SalesForce and support them on many projects. I attended monthly meetings with Scientific and Regulatory Affairs in Canada and US. I ran monthly and weekly reports for managers and Client Program Managers. I also ensureed that the contingency workers are properly acclimated so I continued sit-withs and nesting with new hires. I also provided sit withs with seasoned agents to ensure they continue to grow in their roles.

As a Project Manager I ran reports using SAP BW and ad hoc reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly. In addition I ran daily Quality Trend Reports to provide to our Bottlers. I prepared and presented to a Client for a Stewardship meeting with Incident Management Group. Furthermore, I used Salesforce to update relevant information for the department on a daily basis. Also to get current information I would meet with Clients and Brand teams.

As a Consumer Affairs Specialist I used to receive, record and respond to consumer inquiries and feedback using database tools and documented best practices in order to provide improved service. I would also resolve quality-related issues with Company products by reassuring, educating or reimbursing consumers. In addition, I would follow defined practices, processes, languages and procedures to make decisions and respond appropriately within an established chart of authority. Due to my success I was selected to participate on smaller developmental assignments and also I would be able to provide response, resolution and reporting for a wide variety of consumer issues.

I had lead and worked with cross functional resources to implement direct marketing programs, reaching a 50% increase in customer base. I also communicated with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions and explain information. I served as a primary liaison between customers and internal groups to ensure clarity of goals, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. In addition, I generated new accounts through direct interaction with prospective customers and created and executed marketing/PR campaigns, including new product introductions and existing product development and built relationships with marketing suppliers to enhance marketing materials.
