As Contract Manager providing Separation Strategies & supporting negotiations.• Developed and ran a structured series of in-depth workshops over several months to present deep-dive commercial scenarios analysis’ of separation strategies, termination & negotiation options for all 3 consortium members. Analysis factored: Options to reduce a substantial outstanding Minimum Revenue Commitment, Inventories, Regional issues & dependencies, Termination Rights and Risks with each scenario. This critical work was undertaken under a severely pressurised environment due to competing interests & publicised economic difficulties of the acquisition. My contribution during negotiations led to an approved separation strategy by the Consortium’s Services Board & minimised any adverse commercial impacts with no disruption to service. Show less

Responsible for managing the commercial success of the transition and transformation programme:At ABN AMRO I was responsible for the commercial and contractual management of telecoms outsource agreement with KPN mobile provider. The KPN contract provided mobile subscription services and hardware to over 36,000 devices globally. This included managing the €19 pa operations budget, overseeing the regional delivery teams, headcount, producing management information and managing audit and regulatory risk. In addition to this I led the commercial transition of the contract including the novation of 20+ existing agreements to Verizon Business.AAB initiated two major Global Outsourcing Programmes via the RFP process to facilitate a Transition, Transform and Rationalisation of the bank's entire Mobile and Fixed Telephony Network estate across 17 countries & multiple Business Units:I later repeated the above role for the Transformation project with Avaya as the new vendor for the fixed Telephony solution.
