★ I am an HR Generalist with more than 5 years of demonstrated work experience in the IT, Banking andHealthcare industry. Until recently , I was working on achieving NABH accreditation for our hospital with a lot of focus on enhancing the overall performance of the hospital. ★ I have also worked as Deputy Manager at one of the top private national bank in India . In this role I was focused on driving sales aggressively while maintaining good customer relationships .★ In my current role , I assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Compile and update employee records , processes documentation and prepare reports relating to personal activities (staffing , recruitment , training , grievances , performance evaluations etc) . ★ Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues , rules and regulations . Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus etc) . Communicates with public services whenever necessary.
