My current company Skan, which I co-founded with Manish Garg, helps organizations understand the truth about their business processes, so they can make more informed decisions.Polanyi’s Paradox tells us that people know more than they can tell, so at Skan.ai we use machine intelligence and computer vision to understand what is really happening, opening up huge opportunities and new insights.My previous company, Endeavour, which was acquired by Genpact in 2015, was at the intersection of mobile computing and the Enterprise. Here, we built a very successful business that helped organizations transform front office functions using mobile technology.Enterprise mobility was the first wave of digital transformation, which was focused on the front office. Because of the digital transformation of the front office, we have new bottlenecks in the middle and back office. These are the kind of problems I’m working on now.Looking back, the majority of my career has been spent as an entrepreneur and what has been driving me in that pursuit is the combination of building something from scratch and making a personal impact.My approach has always been expository. I love to unpick a problem, explore where the paradoxes exist and work with my team to provide a new solution.
