Amit is currently working as a Human Capital Consultant with Deloitte India. He is a PGDM-HR graduate from MDI Gurgaon batch of 2020-22. He has previously interned with RPG enterprises where he designed a methodology for thematically analyzing 360-degree qualitative feedbacks and using that he analyzed 4 major entities of the RPG group. He has also worked with EY as an internal auditor for their client BMW where he led a team of interns and headed 2 regions across India as part of the engagement. In the year 2021, Amit presented a paper on positive psychology at MAIMS 9th International Conference which was later also published.
