As a PhD Research Fellow, Industrial Engineer at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) Nagpur, I have over five years of experience in conducting and applying research in the fields of human factors and ergonomics, biomechanics, and methods engineering. My mission is to develop and implement innovative and effective solutions that can improve the quality, efficiency, and productivity of industrial processes and systems.In my current role, I work with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, academics, and industry partners to design, execute, and evaluate various research projects, using advanced statistical tools and methods, such as Python, JMP, and minitab.I also contribute to the dissemination of research findings through publications, presentations, and workshops. Some of my notable achievements include registering the design patent, co-authoring several peer-reviewed papers, and developing a novel method for analyzing clinical trial data. I am a young, vibrant, and dynamic individual who is eager to learn and contribute towards organizational and societal development.I love playing badminton and kho-kho.
