GRS uses item-specific historical cleansed sales data to build forecasts and has a big emphasis on promotional/event planning. It impacts purchase order creation, merchandise flow, and product availability for customers. “TOPS” is the system utilized by UnitedHealth Group for the administration, processing and payment of the majority of healthcare claims for large business customers. Tops is the online processing system. The claims flow in Daily from all these 22 regions in 4 cycles. Claims are keyed into TOPS through the STBK system and UNET system. Sometimes referred to as UNET (UnitedHealth Group Network) /TOPS, “TOPS” is an intensely complex claim processing system. The UNET/TOPS platform has been modified and enhanced over the years to respond to business needs. Information required for claim processing is gathered from multiple “single source” systems and, once processed, fed to other systems for accounting, reporting and artifact production services. The claims are pre adjudicated through the batch stream and then feed goes to various sub systems like NDB, Summary Check etc.1) Closely monitoring all the 22 Tops payment engines including newly implemented 5 shadow regions.2) Clearing Auto stagnation in all the tops payment regions whenever occurred due to ASRA abend.3) Analyzing the online abends occurrence in Abend-Aid to prepare a report on daily basis & solve them as per priority. 4) Regular resolving the tickets opened in HPSD for any online issues.5) Attending Daily Status meeting with regular updates on online issues and changes.6) Running interactive tool (SUIT) for cross application data verification. 7) Adhoc run of production jobs to update mismatched data.8) Code changes for reporting, scheduling as well as per business requirement.9) Preparing break fix forms (Unit & System Testing, Solution design & Execution Plan) to get business approval.

ADHOC REPORTING-> Completing all ADHOC requests and running ADHOC reports for various feeds being run for Fidelity business.These requests are primary completed through Eazytrieve programs modified to suit each individual request and to be delivered to the requesting Client Service manager in a very short span of time(SLA 1-2 Days).
