Support Proto build for complete site dumper product range. Projects: 6T/9T-1 Site Dumper for T4f Legislation, 6T/9T-2 Site Dumper for EU Stage- V LegislationResponsibilities & Key Deliverables:-• Product benchmarking and reverse engineering of Site dumper.• Concept development for T4f Engine ancillary installation includes - Engine, Cool pack, AirIntake, Fuel and Exhaust system along with Drive line installation- Gearbox, Transfer case,Propeller shafts and Axles.• Prepare design concepts, review manufacturing feasibility, detailing in NX and drawingrelease in Teamcenter via ePI process.•Involved in detailed BOM creation to develop new components, conduct virtual review &validation with analysis team. Support Proto build and validation tests for 6T FT / ST, 9T FT.• Participate in testing, analyze reports, prepare DVPSOR & conduct fit-for-purpose sign-off.• Review and resolve proto-production build issues prior to engineering sign-off.• Benchmarking of USA T4f and EU Stage – V legislations to propose minimum installation changes.• Propose installation concepts for Exhaust after treatment - DOC+DPF unit, Cooling system, Air intake, Fuel system, Hydraulic pump along with Drive line changes for the new engine.• Coordinate and plan with UK counterpart and suppliers like JCB Power Systems, Denso, Parker, and Dana for design, proto build and fit for purpose sign off validation.• Developed drive shafts, hydraulic pump, cool pack & exhaust system components for EU stage- V engine installation.• Liaising with UK and India Design team for Product detailing and drawing release within timelines.• Liaising with Project Manager and other stakeholders like Purchase, Production, Quality, Testing, Sales – Service to identify project bottlenecks and provide solutions to timely execute the project.• Prepare and get approval for TR documents from the Gate panel.• Review and resolve current product manufacturing, assembly, service and ergonomic issues before new product engineering sign-off to get production go ahead.

Projects: R210-7V, R215-7, R220-9 Magiq, R390-9, R500-7Responsibilities & Key Deliverables• Collaborate with all stakeholders and conduct design reviews for the implementation of cost-saving ideas on an existing product to meet market demands.• Preparation of project timeline, CAD modelling, drawing release, leading cross-functional teams for Proto and Pilot machine manufacturing.• Develop and validate all mentioned products through in-house fabrication, assembly and testing of proto-pilot machine.• Interface with vendors to ensure design manufacturability and recommend make/buy strategy. Identify cost benefits and alternatives to current supplies.• Working knowledge of project management and scheduling of Proto-Pilot machine manufacturing.• Review competition machines for design and performance benchmarking to support marketing on Product Gap Analysis to review new product feasibility.• Design support for localization of Radiator- oil cooler, Idler-sprocket, Bucket, Counterweight, Long reach – Boom and Arm.• Visit customer site, review field failures and improve design through ECN process.• Periodic review of fixtures and weld processes to avoid failures.• Installation support for design changes from Cummins to Kirloskar engine for new R210-V.• Identify unnecessary options and with a mindset to minimize BOM and manufacturing costs.• Upgradation/addition of options to the standard machine as per market requirements.• Supplier selections through facility evaluation and process validation with the QA team.• Specification finalization as per India supplier capability without affecting machine performance.• Leading Proto manufacturing team, mentoring GET and Newcomers.• Liaising with shop floor – Engineer and Associate workers.
