As a senior Java developer at Lodestone Technologies, I have worked extensively on J2EE technologies (EJB3, Hibernate, Seam, Richfaces, JAXB etc). I have strong oral and written communication skills and regularly interacts with clients to design, scope and architect their software requirements.

As a project manager at Dow Jones, I led a team of 10+ developers to support and maintain a legacy application, where I gained extensive experience in project and risk mitigation planning while being involved in all the stages of software development.

Testing slots marketing application developed in Carbon & Object Oriented C using Cocoa frameworks and TIBCO Business Works application on Mac OS X (Apple). Testing done using slot machines and apple script.

As a part of QA team, I was involved in various stages of testing while leading a team of 4 members at onsite. We tested a third party software to ensure they adhere to gaming regulations. I gained extensive experience in testing cycles.

Gathered requirements and proposed a plan including estimates for development of a supporting subsystem after analyzing existing system. New sub-system to be developed in PC-COBOL with Oracle as database and running on UNIX on HP-6000. Gathered experience in requirements analysis, estimation and client interaction.

I was directly responsible for all aspects of software development including design, development, testing and reviews. During this time, I also led a knowledge management team to share knowledge across a project of 250+ people and a team to develop a client portal.
