HL MAIL is an one of the leading Steering, Breaks & Suspension manufacturing company. I am working at the steering plant of HL MAIL.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-1. Maintaining 5S & 3C in line.2. Manpower allocation to the machines.3. Achieve the production as per target without quality issues.4. Rejection control.5. Training provides to new joiners about basics.6. Responsible for Productivity, Safety through attending before shift start meeting.7. Co ordinate with our team to organize the shortage of employees to achieve the production target.8. Maintain check sheets in line as daily basis.9. Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety audits.10. Identify and implement process enhancements.11. Ensure materials are available and manage inventory levels.12. Motivate and manage team members, resolving conflicts as needed.13. Technical Skills: Understand and maintain assembly machinery.
