 Assist to CFO in all day to day Financial, Accounting & Taxation matters. Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the Company, control it’s financial resources and ensure that all the financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with the regulations, accounting principles, and standards.  Monitoring the Books of Accounts, timely and accurately consolidating the Financials on Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Basis.  Monitoring the Books of Accounts of Subsidiaries Companies and ensuring timely & accurately monthly closing, timely preparation of all the MISs and the compliance of all rules and regulations.  Conceptualizing, implementing and supervising the general ledger and the financial reporting processes and on time compliance of the accounting standards. Responsible for Fixed Assets accounting which includes preparation of deprecation schedule as per the Companies Act as well As Income Tax Act, Physical verification of Assets on periodic basis, Insurance of Assets. Supervision of the Payable Management including aging analysis, balance confirmation and issuing TDS certificates. Taxation- Handling pan-India TDS, Corporate Taxation and ensuring that all statutory payments are made with in the due dates and returns filed with in the prescribed time limit by the Act. Preparation of annual budget. Handling Income Tax and TDS assessment including the scrutiny cases u/s 143 of Income Tax Act 1961 and statutory matters, appear before the regulatory authorities. Liaise with internal and external auditors and government bodies on any requirements in relation to the Company.  Responsible for the consolidation of books  Responsible for delivery of the Financial MISs to management after due analysis.  Designing & implementing systems, Process improvement, Review of the policies, procedure and manual.
