With over 20+ years of work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, I am a seasoned business unit head with a passion for delivering high-quality beverage and food ingredients to customers across India and South Asia. My core competencies include key account management, strategic business development, and sales leadership. I am currently leading the beverage and food ingredients business unit at DöhlerGroup, a global provider of natural ingredients, ingredient systems, and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry. I am driven by the mission of creating value for the customers, the environment, and society by offering natural, innovative, and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and taste.In my current role, I am responsible for the sales, strategy, go-to-market, and profitability of the business unit, which offers a wide range of Beverage & Food Ingredients products. II manage a team of sales managers and executives and oversee the production, supply chain, and logistics functions. I leverage my skills in key account management, FMCG sales, and strategic business development to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestle, Unilever, and others. I also identify and pursue new market opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies and plans, and monitor and optimize the business unit's performance and profitability.
