 Designing of Heat Exchanger,Dryer,Filter,Heater,Reciver. Read, Study & understand Client Specifications for the allocated project work  Prepare the drawing and documentation list (including Submittal to customer) & discuss Detailed Engg. Plan with manager to execute Detailed Engineering.  Planning of work & maintain project scheduled.  Design the equipments and provide the input for Design Engineers and draftsman.  Review Spec and prepare datasheets from HTRI & PvElite for Heat Exchanger.  Cost Estimation, Optimisation,  Detailed Engg: - Checking Fabrication & G.A Drawings. ERP BOM Check &Approve. Communication with other departments and with Vendor department. Co-ordinate & keeping correspondence with Project Engineer for approval of design documents. Attend the Company interface meetings. Understanding and incorporating the comments raised by customer. Support for shop fabrication, resolve fabrication problems & Site issues.  Prepare Project completion Report. Make & refer Corrective action / Preventive action for future projects.Clarify or resolve Non Conformance Report (NCR).
