 Prepare monthly schedule & set production target as per requirement. Execute daily production & dispatches against plan. Knowledge of API Piping Plans, Piping & Instrumentation and General Arrangement drawing. Ensured all material require for piping & assembly is received before start of piping activity. Solve issue regarding dispute between Piping and instrumentation diagram and actual piping for Project pump with Project Engineer. Coordinate with Various department like purchase, store, design, pump assembly & quality on daily basis to complete production & dispatch activity as per plan. Ensured welding output and quality norms to minimize repairs, monitoring welding quality. Knowledge of WPS, WPQ and PQR as per ASME standards for Carbon and alloy steels. Ensured final assembly boiler feed pump is completed as per general arrangement and piping instrumentation diagram before G.A. (Offering pump for inspection). To monitor packing & dispatch of pumps, loose materials as per final packing list. Managing man, material & machine for achieving high productivity & minimizing bottlenecks. Taking Corrective Action & maintaining Corrective Action reports. Responsible for suggestion and Kaizen activities Preserving discipline according to safety rules.

Pump Assembly: - Driving ‘7’ Days rolling plan for pump generation according to Monthly Operating Plan & Implement the final assembly plan for the day. Communicate Shortages to concerned people. Monitoring the Status of all operations in assembly, solving assembly related problems & improve the output of fitter. Offer pump for Inspection as per Quality Assurance Plan. Complete the necessary transactions in SAP.Machine Shop: - Allotment of operators & their shifts to work stations. Planning & allotment of work load to work station. Issuing the casting from casting yard. Providing various equipment, materials& tooling on machines likes CNC, VMC, HMC & Radial Drilling Machine. Inspection& monitoring output by reducing rework, rejection & cycle time.
