Currently i am working in Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM), District office Chandrapur from last 07 years as an Project Consultant, My responsibilities in this role included and also Supervision for multiple sub projects based on value chain / supply chain addition under Navtejaswini and also Supervision for different employment generation projects for Tribal, Rural & Needy women’s of SHG (self help groups) such like Carpet, Garment & Bamboo Handicrafts, Eshakti (Digitization of Shg) and Keeping overall MIS of a district. My education background helps me to assist my organization in assisting on the procurement process, e-tendering, and also technical support for hardware and software, land acquisition from MIDC, and several other things. This position has given me key employability skills working as a consultant for a district while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and social work environment.
