• Detailed planning of the bid task schedule and completion / compilation of the bid and pre-bid queries (including coordination with the higher managements for specific approvals)
• Conduct the kick-off meeting as a main interface to define and assemble the bid team including stakeholders, define the work-split, risk reviews, bid plan and ensure the development of mitigation plans.
• Prepare and share all bid documents like technical description, clause by clause, schedule, administrative documents, price formats and other related templates which will be in line with customer requirements.
