Assistant Manager (Knitting)
CurrentDuties/Responsibilities:➢ To analysis the fabric booking after receiving from merchant.➢ To selection the different type of yarn for different type of fabric according to buyer requirement GSM.➢ To calculate the consumption of yarn for yarn dyed stripe fabrics and Fleece fabrics or any other fabrics when required.➢ To make yarn dyeing program according to fabric booking.➢ To follow up every step of knitting and try to achieve T&A date.➢ To make plan according to shipment date.➢ To ensure lot wise and color wise production of each order. ➢ To set up the target production on every machine and try to achieve.➢ To ensure the quality of the fabrics.➢ To make month wise fabric plan.➢ To follow up every process for meet the target plan.➢ To communicate with Dyeing & Finishing department when required.➢ To solve the problem when raise.➢ To Maintaining Floor OEE & 6S Score.➢ To communicate with merchant when required.➢ Any other tasks assign by the management.
