As part of the acquisition, my role was to continue to manage and head Faichi Operations, Revenue and Engineering teams. In parallel, transition the Company knowledge to Saksoft for smooth & successful governing of the company.

Faichi focuses on providing technology services to Healthcare companies, we cater from providers, payers to life sciences organizations. Our Accelerator and Healthcare solutions help customers to expedite innovative product development. Several start-up companies were able to raise funding by leveraging our product development services. Faichi offers a wide array of healthcare technology services, this includes product development, integration, Meaningful Use compliance, BI / analytics, chronic care management and consumer health.With offices in Silicon Valley and Pune (India), key team members induce product engineering culture. 95% of projects at Faichi leverage Agile processes.Due to wide experience of working overseas and working for product development companies, Faichi Solutions was founded to build Agile engineering teams for overseas product companies. Accept Software is a SaaS-based enterprise product development solutions platform for companies to manage ideas, strategies and more. I was managing product development for Accept Innovation Platform from US. Later on, Accept decided to build a team in India for the entire engineering needs. I helped Accept build an engineering team in India and that’s when I moved back to India. Grew strong technical team in 6 months. Managed multiple releases per quarter for various products. Worked with the VP of Products in US to scale down US engineering resources once the India Engineering team started to take on more and more delivery responsibilities. Later, Accept Software was acquired by Artemis.

Wyse technology had some large OEM partners like VMWare, Citrix and Microsoft. My role was to map our product roadmap to our OEM partners' roadmap and then manage engineering enhancements to the base product so that our products can be integrated into OEM products. Initially, there was no dedicated team managing OEM Engineering Solutions. But since the revenues grew to around $10 million, we decided to form this team exclusively. I was responsible to setup this team and manage the engineering enhancements working directly with OEM partners.

Wyse Technology was a primarily hardware company. However, the management was keen to innovate and move this company into software direction. Due to my past experiences with startup, I was hired to innovate and build a software product which would generate $10-20 million in 5 years. We innovated, designed and built the Wyse Streaming Manager product. Filed a patent http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?wo=2005110023. I worked very closely with the engineering teams in US and India to build this product. Did a number of POCs at client location working with our OEM partners and then successfully released multiple versions of this product. Revenues grew from 0 to $10 million in 4 years.

Startup product company trying to create a Demand Forecasting application. I was the first member of the engineering team and did everything that was necessary in a start-up to implement the product. I worked on creating a MVC platform for the demand forecasting application. I was also involved in presenting our POC to the investors when we secured the first round of funding. Later on was involved in building the engineering team and then leading it technically. In 2001, MarkeWiz was acquired by Allegis Corporation and thats when I became part of Allegis. In addition to Demand Forecasting, I also worked on building a workflow engine so that the entire Allegis PRM product can be workflow enabled.

I was working in the Sales Administration department. Helped to setup and implement SAP-SD along with internal IT teams. Also travelled to Germany and worked with the teams to integrate processes and systems during initial days.
