• As a financial markets middle office specialist, I played a key role in enabling the smooth and accurate processing of FX transactions. • Automated Swap Report Development: I developed an automated swap report that transformed raw data into actionable information, providing a clear and concise overview of swap transactions. This report was widely used by senior management and team members for their daily reconciliation. By automating the data transformation process, the report saved time and improved efficiency, enabling the team to quickly and accurately access the information they needed. Additionally, the report was also useful for identifying potential discrepancies or issues with swap transactions, allowing the team to resolve them in a timely manner. Overall, the automated swap report significantly enhanced the team’s ability to manage and track their swap activities, resulting in improved accuracy and efficiency through the use of data transformation.• End to End process Management: I was responsible for managing end to end process, I demonstrated expertise in managing all aspects of corporate actions, fund administration queries and servicing clients with their queries. As a key member of the team responsible for the process, I played a crucial role in ensuring that our client’s interests were protected and that all events were completed successfully. By handling the entire process from start to finish, I was able to provide a high level of service and support to the client, building trust and confidence in our ability to handle their needs. Additionally, my attention to detail and ability to quickly and accurately handle complex tasks helped to minimize the risks of errors or delays, ensuring that all activities were completed smoothly and efficiently. Overall, my contribution to the process added significant value for the client and contributed to the success of the team.• Client Relations: Reviewed and analyzed complicated events and processed them based on client instructions. Responded promptly to client queries to meet TAT.

• Process Improvement: I implemented a process improvement that revolutionized the way we handled corporate action events. Prior to this change, the team would email all trustees on the pay date to confirm our entitlements, then wait almost a day for their response before closing the events on our dashboard. This was time consuming and inefficient process. To streamline the process, I introduced the use of trustee logins to check our elections and entitlements online. This allowed us to access the necessary information instantly, rather than waiting for a response from the trustees. As a result, we were able to cut 24 hours out of the CA process and significantly improve efficiency.• Managerial Tasks: As part of my managerial duties, I conducted and participated in cross training initiatives with our global functional team based in the US, using WebEx to facilitate remote communication. I also played a key role in maintaining and updating the process documents for daily BAU and EOD activities. These documents were widely referred to by new members as a resource for learning and onboarding. My efforts in these areas helped to ensure that the team was well equipped to handle complex CA events and all the team members had a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. These contributions were instrumental in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.• Accurate and timely booking of CA transactions executed on investment funds accounts, verifying data received from external vendors such as BBG, Euro Clear, DTCC and Fidelity in respect of their correctness and completeness.
