As a Lead Mobiliser, I had been initially assigned to a team in Sonitpur district of Assam region where I stood out in excellently generating mass awareness in the rural outskirts of the area regarding the benefits of the project, i.e, DDUGKY under the Ministry of Rural Development, India. The students under this project were trained into multiple domains, viz, Sales, BPO, Retail etc... During this short span, I was also actively taking part in the counselling and co-ordinating the team members into the placement process.
