Through my comprehensive experience spanning of more than 25 years in Natural Gas Distribution Infrastructure, R-LNG and City Gas Business, I have acquired expertise in several areas, namely, strategic planning, commissioning, techno-commercial business, negotiations, retail operations, distribution, project management, HSSE, engineering O&M of City Gas Distribution Network.Involved in planning, erection and commissioning of CNG Stations wherein I helped increase the number of outlets from 8 to 798 within 25 years despite high regulatory and city authority pressure against licenses.Having a core experience in Erection and Commissioning of high-pressure equipment such as reciprocating compressors, pressure vessels, gas engines, air compressors, screw compressors etc.Successfully managed regulatory authorities to finalize the business plan and secure authorization from PNGRB, PESO (National licensing authorities for Natural Gas and Pollution).Instrumental in carrying out the tendering for Engineering O&M tasks, engineering contracts, feasibility/demand assessment study for new Geographical Areas.Adept in screening of bids, conducting technical and commercial bid evaluations, agreement design, placing work orders, bill processing as well as certification/ authorizations of payments etc.Maintained excellent customer relationship with key customers.Involved in collating market intelligence reports for developing entry strategies to penetrate new markets based on market and customer’s assessment.Spearheaded numerous business development and market expansion initiatives from scratch.Key role in HSE, ensured compliance of all safety audit points of ESA (External Safety Audit) and ISA (Internal Safety Audit), T4S Audit, IMS and finalising of Emergency Response & Disaster Management Plan (ERDMP) regulations applicable to CGD industry.Involved in determining Gas Pricing for all categories of IGL customers, based on market/ customers’ assessment supported with valuable inputs and data collected from customers.An effective communicator and Team Leader combined with flexible and detail oriented attitude.
