• Providing technical and managerial leadership to a team of structural engineers /civil engineers / designers , involved in Resource allocation, planning, Tracking / monitoring the progress of schedules of projects, development of different levels of schedules of projects, technical quality assurance of all civil & structural deliverables and interdisciplinary coordination.• Over 25 years of hands on experience in Structural Engineering & Design & detailing of various Industrial , Oil & Gas Facilities & Process Plants, Water/Waste Water Treatment Plants, Machine Foundations, Pipe Racks ,Steel Sheds with Gantry ,Equipment Foundations & RCC Buildings .• Hands on experience in Earthquake engineering , dynamics of structures , machine foundations & Finite Element Analysis• Ensure that the project deliverables are prepared under proper guidance maintaining the highest quality and standards.• Strong knowledge of providing design solutions related to considerations to construction aspects.• Obtaining approvals of design calculations & detail drawings from client or their consultants• Checking of design calculations & computer programs to ensure adherence to structural engineering principles, codal provisions & accuracy of calculations.• Preparation of Design Basis• Checking of Engineering & Construction Drawings • Review of vendor drawings & data sheets• Also conversant & prepared plot plans, drainage, CRWS, OWS, paving & other general civil drawings.• Fully Conversant with Indian ,British , American Codes & also worked on Euro Codes & Russian Codes• Having hands on experience in various Structural Engineering Software viz. Staad Pro ,SAP 2000, Visual Analysis/Analysis Group & ESA Prima Win• Having hands on experience in various engineering tools like Mathcad & have developed spreadsheets in Excel• Worked on soil structure interaction Retaining Wall /Diaphragm Wall analysis software Wallap
