Developing vendors and selecting on the basis of quality hire.Timely assessed existing vendors list on their utilization and delivery and retained the best as back up for delivery support.Expertise in negotiating pay rates and payment terms to the max profits.MIS & Database Management:Handling HR reports on weekly / monthly or quarterly basis. Preparing reports like recruitment report, joining report, Monthly progress report, Management Review report.Maintaining Master database & updating joining status, monthly calendar for all hiring.

Constant candidate interaction & screening the candidates initially and scheduling their Interviews. Conducting & Coordinating Campus Interviews in various Colleges, MBA Institutes, Computer Training Institutes, Technical Training Institutes and Head Hunting.
