•Having around 6 years of experience in the field of Software Testing.•Successfully leading a team of 8 members in current project for more than 2 years.•Handling Internal Audit occurred within the project with no process deviations. Internal Audits include start up audit, process audit, metrics audit etc.•Handled Operational Clarity related activities without any deviations and successfully completed Pilot, Mid-term and Long term phases for the project due to which resulted in reduction of non-core activities and improvement in test execution productivity.•Taking care of the C20 metric values and make sure all the values are in Green after submission of metrics. For any deviation in metric values CAPA is been updated.•Taking care of defect prevention methods and Software Configuration Management (SCM) updated without any process deviations.•Updating the risks for the project in risk portal followed with mitigation plan.•Individually handled in taking action for any open observations after audit is performed by quality reviewer for the project.•Submitting timesheet on regular basis both Cognizant (PeopleSoft) and Consul track and make sure the same has been done within the whole team.•Task allocations, consolidation, leave tracking, managing resources, training, KT sessions, status reports, triage calls, client status calls, keeping track of process related documents as per organization standards etc. are all part of leading activities.•Experience in Requirement study, Test Case Designing, test Execution, Defect tracking in Clear Quest etc.•Good exposure in health care domain and Facets.•Have knowledge on Selenium Testing.•Working experience involved in System, User Acceptance and Regression testing.•Having knowledge on different EDI transactions.•Productivity and Quality deliverables are always maintained as expected by client on regular basis.
