Job Responsibilities:Leading the team including consultant doctors, RMO's, Nurses, OT Technicians,marketing professionals,f&b ,housekeeping & administration staff.Administer & direct all the activities of the hospital and to ensure that all the activities are geared to the achievement of the objectives in providing comprehensive health care to the community.Monitoring the complete sales & marketing, business development in the assigned area of Goa, Maharashtra till ratnagiri & Karnataka till karawar.To develop satellite centres in the targeted areas.Close interaction with medical tourism companies to get business from them.Trouble shoots staff/general administration conflicts and issues.Resolve policy issues; develop reports and documents, budgeting proposals and expenditure control.Prepare marketing budget for different divisions of hospital.Responsible for preparing general budget and supervise salaries of health care personnel. Co-ordinates effective communication inside the hospital between departments and sections and outside the hospital with governmental and non governmental agencies involved in health care.Close interaction with general physicians and CMO's of corporate to get patient referrals from them.Responsible for developing, maintaining and researching community resources.Make judgement on needs of patients & apply complete care plans for them.To represent company/hospital with community and doctors and also with government regulatory authorities.Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, by providing assistance thereby achieving delivery
