Project for Uttaranchal Jal Vidyut Nigam funded by Asian Development Bank - Guuttu (3X8MW) Project/ In Himachal Tidong-I (100MW) Project in Kinnaur District- Adeptly handled materials pertaining to Steel (TMT Bars, Steel Plates), Cement (Directly from the companies like Ultratech, ACC), Machinery (DG Sets, JCB Loaders, Batching Plant, PC200 and its spares) and General Items depending upon the requirement from the various sites like Drill Rods, Filters, Wielding Material & Tyres - Test certificates to UJVNL of Steel & Cement- Negotiated with Forwarders, Transporters, Agents, etc. for the supply of Heavy Machinery such as Sandvik Boomer, ITC Schaeff Tunnel Loader, Metso Crusher, JCB Loader, Batching Plants- Managed site materials like steel & cement- Administered routine servicing & repair work of machinery like PC200, Air Compressors & DG Sets- Interfaced with site staff and Erection Teams of plants like Metso Crusher (120TPH) and Akona Batching Plant- Liaised with Accounts Department and companies for the payments through different modes like RTGS, PDC and LC- Coordinated with Custom Clearing Agency for custom clearing of imported machinery- Arranged & inspected he disassembly of machinery in Delhi; assembled the same at site for easy transportation of machinery to site as sites are at the interiors of Himachal and Uttaranchal- Ensured issuance of road permits to transporters & arranged for transit insurance for machinery during transportation- Coordinated for design inspection and ensured on time delivery of electromechanical items required for the project between JV Partner and Uttaranchal Jal Vidyut Nigam across India- Monitored purchase & supply of material for HM Work like Steel Plates (ASTM537, IS2002, 2062) to sub-contractors- General setup & management for company guesthouse- Negotiate & coordinate with Thangi Contractors Union and Thangi Village local body for smooth function of Tidong Site
