Establishing effective inter-face with all concerned departments: a. Design for timely delivery of drawings b. Manufacturing for adhering to production schedules c. Quality Assurance for ensuring quality parameters d. Materials for ensuring delivery bought out items on site before the due date prior to erection and commissioning 4. Attending all internal project meetings with the other connected departments to provide information about the project progress and seek help, if and when required 5. Coordinating for dispatches and deliveries of all the items related to the project 6. Ensuring implementation of erection and commissioning activities in time, and as per the order and ensuring that the costs are adhered to 7. Ensuring the realization of payments and commercial closure of the order 8. Gathering customer feedback and requirements and conveying them to the concerned departments to address complaints/concerns 9. Maintaining regular contacts and good relations with consultants and customers to inform them about the project progress and aligning project activities to achieve customer satisfaction Show less
