Amit has 22 years experience in property and has been a director of the Investment and Development company Cubitt Greystock since its formation 2008.Amit originally qualified as an architect and ran a private practice before moving into property development. He has worked as a development manager for St George PLC, Tilfen Land and Aitch Group on developments as diverse as St George’s Wharf (1,000+ residential units), White Hart Triangle (1,000,000 sq.ft. of commercial sheds) and the Woolwich Schoolhouse (100+ residential units converted from a Grade II listed building). Amit has received awards from WhatHouse?, the Brick Development Council and the LABC, his developments have been published in the Architects Journal, RIBA Journal, Sunday Times, the Evening Standard and the London Property Review.
