- Reporting to E.V.P and performing Sales and Marketing of GRP pipes and the complete Project jobs in the assigned states / areas.- To identify the Govt. schemes, the funding authorities, the budget check and the clearances given. - To conduct presentation at various Govt./private organizations and influencing the authorities for inclusion of GRP pipes.

Sales activities for the Area allocated in North and key accounts like Hero Honda(all plants),TATA(all north Plants) etc..

 To perform Sales and marketing of Industrial Pumps in the assigned states / areas. To handle Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution, submission/ negotiations of techno-commercial offers/tenders & follow up for orders. To Maintain and develop cordial relations with client in various sectors,. To be responsible for the Post order activities from order booking, monitoring progress reports up to execution of the orders. To work closely with the manufacturing / engineering - services teams, utilize relationships to ensure that product deliveries to the client are met up to client satisfaction. To handle Dealers, appointing new dealers / agent in untapped areas and coordinate with them to develop business in their respective assigned region. Co-ordination to liquidate stock at dealers godown. To maintain / develop after sales services with the clients. To prepare forecast & monthly reports and coordination with branch offices. To keep up to date with product development, monitor competitor competence and their trategies in the market to generate sales to both existing and new customers

 To keep a close watch on the market development along with scrutinizing the competitor’s activities To handle the wide spread dealer network which involves giving them technical as well as commercial and post order support. To submit techno-commercial proposals as per customer requirement to the Direct clients and follow-up for converting them to Purchase orders. To obtain order acceptance from order processing and also to submit relevant drawings and documents to the customers for their approval To co-ordinate with the customers regarding readiness of the material, inspection, delivery and payment collection. Meeting sales and revenue target on a monthly basis. To perform activities as per the instructions of the Dy.G.M/Dy.Manager
