Roles and Responsibilities as PMO, Project/Program Management & Project Coordinator: Have been working in Pan India Project Planning & Management of various Warehouses like Distribution Centers (Appx. 1.5 L sqft), Dark Store (Appx 25,000 sqft), Hubs and other relevant structures. Working into creation of Project Planning for all warehouses from the moment Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed till project get Launched. Creating all kind of work in ZOHO PROJECT involved in Landlord scope of work, Project Scope of work and Launches. Breaking into milestone, Task lists, Tasks, Subtasks, defining duration, setting up dependency and all other aspects of a project. Coordinating with Pan India Regional Business Head(RBH), Project Managers and others, in order to make sure that all Milestones are on schedule. And tracking each & every activities of a project to make sure the Project should not get delayed. Being in network with all other departments like Product, B&M, SCM, HR, F&V, GM, Innovative, IT, Marketing, Architect, Electrical and Operations in order to complete all Launch related activities. Creating Bi-weekly Reports and sending all Pan India Reports to All Stake Holders.

Worked as Project Planner, Project Coordinator & Project Engineer in "Ground + 14 Floor High Rise Building"Roles and Responsibilities: Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification and ensure that all site activities done in Quality standards. Prepared Microsoft Project Schedule Report for one tower and estimated all kinds of Civil works (for example-estimation of Shuttering area, Steel quantities, Concrete quantities, Cement, Aggregates, Solid Blocks Quantities and all others Construction materials along with Workers Productivity. Was involved in SAP work and used to update it at site level. Was involved in testing of Construction materials like Sand, Solid Blocks, Concrete Cubes, & others materials as per BOQ and IS Codes recommendations. Preparation of daily & weekly report on work progress and evaluating as per planned schedule. Attending the meeting regarding status of work/delay in project/issues/planning future works. Coordinate between team colleagues of inter department. Assists the PM at evolving viable solution to the issues that would crop up during the process of execution. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
