Vp Retail Trading
Current• Build and manage the retail trading division as a unique P&L, reporting directly to the CEO• Successfully ran the department in one of the fastest growing sectors, positioning it in the brokerage industry and as a leading growth engine for the whole company• Achieve significant increase of number of end clients, revenue and AUM• Hire, train, and mentor 25 employees while creating development paths for future growth• Implement a major reorganization which expanded the marketing and sales departments • Initiate various digitization solutions for increasing efficiency, among others the development of a digital onboarding process for new clients• Initiate and establish a technology-based company that develop in-house solutions for clients and for internal uses, which became a significant growth engine, such as a mobile trading application• Collaborate with legal, internal and external regulators, to meet regulations, and effectively handle risk management, credit, and leverage trading• Led market research which led to business development initiatives that generated revenue• The lead in the development of a BI system for reaching business decisions based on KPIs of CAC, LTV and other key P/L factors• Since 2019 a board and audit committee member as part of the advisory board of Amban Asset Management (IBI subsidiary)
