Project manager for TML, GCL & Piaggio India for Diesel fuel injection system supplies (Common Rail) Passenger car & LCV Business units Organizing and conducting seminars to increase awareness of products and value added solutions offered to automotive manufacturers.  Co-ordination with R&D team to achieve customer design target and acquisition of customer project.  Estimation of project cost /efforts and resources allocation.  Preparing techno-commercial offers and convincing on the value proposition, by the way of technical discussions and seminars.  Coordinating with cross functional departments to achieve the project milestones effectively including Proto component planning/management  Monitoring sales and project activities, implementing effective strategies for maximizing profit.  Following Project Evaluation Process for product and process development phases  Project acquisition and Kick-off meetings  Managing projects from concept to start of series production phase ( pre and post sales)  Reporting project status and health for Project Review Committee on regular basis.  Planning and controlling of project with respect to time, cost and specification. Including Risk assessment of KPI for QG (Quality Gates) decision proposal..  Market planning and product life cycle management.  Service concept, warranty decisions (Limited and Full warranty).  Customer relationship management.  Co-ordination for engineering changes (Product /System)  Project escalation management.  Field complaint resolution, implementation till handover to series production
