- Handled the sales and possession of “GurgaonOne” project at Gurgaon which has been awarded as the best group housing project by many magazines and institutions.- Currently handling the marketing activities of township projects at Karnal and Kurukshetra with the name of Alpha International City.- Identifying potential clients in Corporate Sector, relationship management pre-sale stages and procuring business from them.- Carrying out Pre Sales activities for upcoming services planned by the company and ensuring accomplishment of projected sales and marketing targets.- Identifying the target groups and associations for bulk sales by formulating different strategies for them.- Achieving the Sales targets at the stipulated time frame.- Maintaining amicable and fruitful business relationship with our associates, brokers and clients.- Being the face of the organisation for the clients/investors.- Identifying the right prospects for the institutional sales(schools, nursing homes, hospitals and shopping complexes etc) for our organisation.- Database Management: Database of brokers / consultants and prospective clients- Handling client queries and ensuring that they are resolved by passing them on to the right department.- Co-ordinating and interacting with various in-house departments including marketing, projects, accounts, legal department and also with the individual clients and their brokers.- Report generation, Business analysis.- Monitoring documentation for projects.- MIS generation & presentation.
