As an aspiring Business Analytics Associate, I am equipped with the knowledge of industry trends, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, all of which I am eager to utilize to help organizations achieve their goals.Currently, I am working at Loop Healthcare as a Business Analytics Associate where I have honed my skills in data analysis and visualization. I am developing monthly business review reports that provide insights for process improvement and decision-making for the team. Additionally, I have been responsible for MIS consolidation, data cleaning, and data modeling to prepare the final dataset for analysis based on business requirements. I am also working closely with customer success managers, co-founders, and the claims team to increase customer satisfaction rates. My experience has given me the opportunity to interact with teams regarding data availability, feasible alternative data, data visualization, and potential issues to deliver information that meets business needs.Previously, I interned as a Data Analyst at Ai Variant where I gained experience in data analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation. I have worked on several projects including analyzing Food & Beverage Sales and Flight Delay Analysis to extract valuable insights that helped organizations improve their processes.Before that, I worked as a Project Engineer at HTL Aircon Pvt Ltd and Expert Aircon Pvt Ltd, where I was responsible for executing projects and managing teams. My work experience as a Project Engineer has given me a deeper understanding of project management and has honed my problem-solving skills.In my previous role as a BMS Operator at Logicon Facility Management Pvt Ltd, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the building management system. This role gave me experience in working with different stakeholders and improved my communication skills.I have completed a Certification Program in Data Analytics from ExcelR Solutions and have been certified in Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python. In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and storytelling skills. These soft skills have helped me communicate complex data analysis to stakeholders effectively.I am a dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for data analytics and problem-solving.
