Centre Head of Retail Asset Centre Jharkhand II region .- Managing loan portfolio of 200 cr- Sanctioning and Disbursement of Retail loans of centre as well as 15 branches linked with it.- Marketing/Deepening/Canvassing of Retail Asset products,Tie up with various corporates and builders. Create market presence,compete in significant manner by tailoring policies to cater customer/market requirements.- Recruitment of sales executives,build most cost-efficient sales channel mix by a combination of direct selling,tele sales,etc.
