GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in partnership with Azure engineering and Microsoft FastTrack for Azure, leveraged the Azure Migration Program, to help them migrate to cloud. As part of this programme and journey to cloud my role was to be "Integrated planning lead" to work across the multiple workstreams and gather and manage cross dependencies to meet the final objective of the programme. Cross workstream L0 to L1 planning, workshops, dependency management and RAID oversight allowed proactively management are key highlights of the role responsibilities.
