1. To achieve the monthly/ Yearly order booking as per budgeted targets of assigned area.2. Generating enquiries from architects, builders, consultants, Developers etc.,3.Estimate the price and prepare the offer as per company’s policy4. Negotiate and complete the business as per company’s policy5. Responsible for collection of advances, outstanding payments as per the terms of the contract6. To co-ordinate with factory on Order input data, pricing and General arrangement drawing, order amendment and other details.7. To be well versed with the technicalities of the complete product range8. Acquiring complete details on competitor’s market and their strengths & weakness9. To track the records of the competitor’s activities through: • Interaction with the customer on continuous basis and document the same• Obtaining technical details of the competitors product• Keeping records of the competitors product• Evolve strategies to penetrate competitors strong hold.10. For maintaining a harmonious relationship with the customer till handing over of the elevators11. Responsible for implementation of procedures from enquiry stage to order booking in a systematic way.12. Documentation of enquiries generated, orders received, order lost and submit a report as a team13. Co-ordination with installation department for timely completion of job14. Coordinate with Finance on all issues relating to invoices15. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Department.

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc., Act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets., Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers, help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions. Inspection of assembled equipment, to ensure proper installation. Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets. Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department. Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers. Travel approx 60% of the time. Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.
